Charleston County Council will hold a public hearing regarding the following proposed text amendments to the Zoning and Land Development Regulations Ordinance (ZLDR) on November 10, 2026:

  • Sec. 1.9.3, Conflict with Private Easements, Agreements, or Covenants
  • Table 3.1.6, Notices
  • Sec. 8.3.2, Minor Subdivision Process
  • Sec. 8.3.4, Major Subdivision Process
